There will be plenty of gumbo but WE DO NOT guarantee you will be able to sample gumbo from ALL the teams. Some teams will run out earlier than others. Our advice to you is don't be too late!
CRAWFISH FLATS and BEVERAGES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE FESTIVAL.
